Platform Capability Lead - Remote / London

What will you be doing?
You will lead in delivering and running the strategy for digital platforms across our Online Shop; Basket, Checkout, SCMS, SEO, Hyperscaling and AOM. You will be responsible for KPIs across the Shop experience for customers, commercial and collaborate heavily with the journey owners.
You will support and input to the Shop strategy and roadmap and work with the relevant delivery teams to execute the channel strategy. You will also be responsible for platform performance across each of the elements.
You will be a key partner across the digital function, responsible for identifying how to drive revenue, value and base engagement through digital platforms, working collaboratively with the journey Product Owners and the Design and Experience function to identify and deliver new opportunities.
You will be a key part of the Digital Product, Sales team and work with senior leaders across the Consumer business, with the aim of ensuring the platform is robust, customer journeys are engaging and easy to navigate and we are able to analyse and identify opportunities for optimising digital products, contributing to increasing digital sales mix and building capability to underpin the Consumer strategy.
You will build excellent relationships with the various segment leaders to ensure you lead the alignment of business objectives, digital strategy and digital experience and take responsibility for the design, review and launch of new products, propositions and capabilities, ensuring product, platform and content are fully aligned.
This function will identify opportunities to optimise or fulfil new customer needs across journeys, to drive customer engagement, business results and improve experiences. You will work alongside the Go To Market function to ensure there is readiness to build and launch to support the portfolio roadmap and strategy.
Who are we looking for?
- You will have experience in Ecommerce platforms.
- You will have Digital Product Ownership experience.
- You will have experience owning the delivery of digital strategies or implementing digital change programmes or projects.
- You will have a proven track record of commercial acumen delivering strategic change.
- You will be able to build strong relationships and credibility across the organisation.
- You will be capable of working in a complex organisation.
