Role
A new and exciting role has been created in the Performance Marketing team. This job role will support the Performance Marketing Manager in leading the build, execution and optimisation of our digital campaigns to drive quality traffic to our website and apps.
This role is based in Leeds, LS15, with an option to move to a hybrid role, once your company induction is completed.
Responsibilities
– Manage 6 figure budget PPC, Shopping and retargeting campaigns across Google, Bing and all social and retargeting networks
– Develop and deliver bidding strategies to maintain and monitor keyword bids, keyword research, budget caps, impression share and quality score
– Establish best practice tracking of channel KPIs to assess commercial performance, identifying both opportunities and issues
– Work with the digital experience and storefront teams to optimise traffic into website to increase ROI
– Oversee the testing and optimisation of ad campaign copy and text to deliver maximum ROI
– Proactive in seeking new opportunities through emerging PPC/CPC channels
– Keep up to date with the latest developments and trends across search marketing and paid media
– Improve Paid Search Efficiency through campaign optimisation
– Improve shopping Efficiency through developing the feed and targeting.
– Grow paid traffic to website and apps
Skills
– Degree or equivalent ideally in a Marketing related field
– GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
– Excellent Excel skills
– Understanding of GDPR and CRM specific data regulations and how to work with this across digital channels.
– Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business)
– Experience of working with a variety of digital marketing channels in a fast paced and results driven environment.
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
– Strong analytical, technical & mathematical abilities
– Ability to operate at both strategic & operational levels
– Excellent oral, verbal & written communication skills
– Results driven and comfortable working in a very fast paced environment
– Energetic, focus and target driven….and a sense of humour
– Successful track record in growing traffic and customer acquisition through search marketing
– Managed PPC and digital budgets in excess of £2 million p/a
– Working knowledge of key programs including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook and Google Analytics
– Analytical approach with strong ability for analysing data (Google Analytics, Adwords data, behaviour data etc)
