PPC Manager - London / Remote
Overall Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce, Robert Dyas, this role is responsible for the performance of our PPC marketing channel across Robert Dyas, Ryman and London Graphic Centre. Ensuring that we maximise profitability through creating optimal campaign structures with appropriate targets, continual optimisation to achieve these targets, and continual improvement by keeping up with industry developments and ensuring best practice is always adopted.
Main Duties:
- Optimise performance of all PPC campaigns to maximise profitability
- Plan for and respond to conversion or margin changes that impact performance
- Work closely with Trading teams to understand promotional plans and stock levels, making adjustments to spend as required
- Suggest, create and launch new campaigns as required, setting relevant ROAS and ROI targets
- Manage feeds and product data to maximise exposure and CTR of ads
- Analytical deep dives into performance to identify any root cause issues that need corrective action
- Reporting on performance including top level ROI, campaign level performance and product level performance as required
- Keep up to date with all industry developments and implement as required
- Reduce Click Fraud
- Launch and optimise retargeting campaigns
- Support the wider Ecommerce teams on digital marketing opportunities as required
What we would like to see in you:
- 3 years + experience in optimising Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including the use of Local Inventory Ads
- Proven track record of hitting ROI targets and responding to performance
- Strong commercial acumen
- Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across multiple cross-functional teams
- Experience in data analytics and reporting, including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in retargeting campaigns a bonus
