This is a unique opportunity to join the Digital Commerce team at P&G and help build our strategy to win in Bricks & Clicks. This role reports into the Bricks & Clicks Sales Director.

 

Our retail partners play an important, strategic role in our success. As a Senior eCommerce Manager, it is your job to collaborate with key stakeholders across both P&G and our retailers to deliver growth for our brands and the retailers’ categories. You’ll bring new ideas and fresh thinking to step-change our impact in this channel.

 

This role is based in our UK HQ in Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and a free shuttle service from the station to the office. We operate a flex-at-work approach, with flexibility built into the role and an expectation of 3 days in the office per week.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of business from Day One – you will join the UK Digital Commerce team, working across the full P&G corporate portfolio of brands like Pampers, Gillette, Ariel and Oral B. You will work with key Bricks & Clicks retailers, building and nurturing strategic partnerships, and leveraging insight and capability to identify and develop online growth opportunities.
  • Ownership and deep understanding of eCommerce business drivers – analyse shopper and category trends to identify business opportunities. Hands-on approach to data analysis to enable strategic decisions and create plans for growth.
  • Lead online category management with retailers across P&G categories – leverage in-depth understanding of shopper and categories to recommend tangible ideas to grow the business with UK retailers.
  • Create and deliver thought leadership with retailers – inspire with best-in-class insights, ideas and channel understanding. Create meaningful partnerships and proactively lead test and learn ideas to help UK retailers drive category growth.
  • eCommerce capability building – contribute to enhancing the digital capability of the UK organisation.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

  • Courageous Leader: demonstrated leadership skills are essential. Experience leading strategies from idea through to execution with a retailer, and delivering outstanding business results
  • FMCG Experience: either in account management, category management, or digital/eCommerce. Strong knowledge of the eCommerce landscape & experience of putting the consumer at the heart of activities and decisions
  • Innovative and Entrepreneurial Focus: focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. Comfortable in making creative connections, experimenting continuously, and pushing boundaries to drive change.
  • Excellent Collaboration Skills: able to navigate a matrix organisation, influence multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships internally/externally to drive action.
  • Strong Analytical Capabilities: able to analyse data and uncover insights to enable the right business decisions.
  • Valid Driver’s License
