We are currently looking to recruit a talented Social Media Executive to coordinate and carry out our social media strategy across all platforms, for all brands.
The successful candidate will have exceptionally high standards, able to follow instructions but also be creative and confident to suggest ideas. We are looking for someone positive with great attention to detail to join our incredible marketing team.
Video creation and editing experience would be beneficial. Content will need to be reactive to market trends around the world, engaging and informative.
We require someone with a proven background in delivering successful social media campaigns, able to work as part of a fast-paced marketing department.
SKILLS:
We require an experienced Social Media Executive with a proven track record managing commercial social media accounts. We’re looking for someone with impeccable organisation skills and genuine enthusiasm for their work.
We’re seeking a hard-working team player with a great work ethic who is up to date and on trend with all things current and up and coming in the social media arena. The right candidate will be passionate about delivering the best possible results whilst working as part of our exceptional team.
The successful candidate must have:
- Good working knowledge of online communications and social media, including a good understanding across a range of channels and platforms
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Previewing Apps or Facebook Business Suite or equivalent
- Track record of growing social media audiences (preferably 2 years+)
- Strong skills in data reporting (Google DataStudio)
- Experience using design tools including Canva, Photoshop, etc.
- Up to date with the latest social media trends and technology
- Must have proven, relevant experience working in social media, online communications and marketing
- Keen interest in the beauty sector would be beneficial
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Excellent written skills and able to produce accurate written content
JOB ROLE:
This role will include the following tasks…
- Oversee the day-to-day running of Dermapure’s social media channels, including planning, scheduling and monitoring the content
- Develop, edit and promote videos and images for use on our social media platforms
- Grow the social media platforms in following and engagement
- Design, build and evaluate paid and organic social media campaigns
- Reporting and analysis to improve performance and generate data insights
- The ability to work to KPIs and report on data
- Using initiative to improve processes and implement strategies to grow the socials
- Liaise with colleagues to deliver integrated communications and marketing
- Develop an approach for engaging micro-influencers on social media and deliver regular influencer campaigns
- Track and report on the effectiveness of social media content and digital engagement campaigns, as well as optimising for ongoing improvement
- Be responsible for developing a bank of photographs, video content and the obtaining and recording of media consent forms
