The eCommerce Campaign Operations Associate will be responsible the execution of multiple workstreams across eCommerce sales campaigns for TikTok Shop UK (e.g. Black Friday). This will involve coordinating and proactively working with all aspects of end-to-end project execution to deliver the objective within the time, cost and quality constraints. Campaigns are a key lever to drive growth of the TikTok Shop platform, and also represent key events for the eCommerce business throughout the year. As the role bridges strategy and execution, you will have a multifaceted skillset and experience, and be ready to shape a crucial function within a growing eCommerce division.
Responsibilities
- Close check processes and XFN relationships are key to the execution of our eCommerce campaigns
- Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our campaigns are delivered on time and produce the desired results;
- Being data driven and being conformatble in ad-hoc requests
- Support the campaign team on checking stakeholder to drive solid outcomes of campaign projects across multiple workstreams, from strategy through to execution under the guidance of the campaign project manager
- Proactively working with the campaign lead & project manager to identify avenues to optimise efficiency and drive execution
- Follow a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress against key milesteons
- Keep clear records and co-own conversations with key cross functional stakeholders including: Business Operations, Finance, Logistics, Governce, Legal, & Prodcuts to align on milestones and track progress
- Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations to Operations teams accordingly;
- Communicate clearly and concisely with members of cross-functional teams
- Pro-active management of Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies – identify causes for escalations as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience in strategy execution from end to end (full-time or internship)
- Experience in participating in end-to-end new project delivery, from strategy through to implementation
- Strong organisational, project management, and analytical skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in the top tech or consulting industry is beneficial
- Fast learner with strong ownership
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
- The TikTok Shop business is relatively new, the candidate should be a self-starter with a core willingness to learn and shape execution processes from which the business can achieve its growth ambitions
