The eCommerce Campaign Program Manager will be responsible for running the planning and execution of multiple workstreams across eCommerce sales campaigns for TikTok Shop UK (e.g. Black Friday). This will involve undertaking all aspects of end-to-end project management to deliver the objective within the time, cost and quality constraints. Campaigns are a key lever to drive growth of the TikTok Shop platform, and also represent key events for the eCommerce business throughout the year. As the role bridges strategy and execution, this candidate will have a multifaceted skillset and experience, and be ready to shape a crucial function within a growing eCommerce division.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our campaigns are delivered on time and produce the desired results;
- Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as a core lever towards the growth of the TikTok Shop UK platform
- Be the key stakeholder to drive solid outcomes of campaign projects across multiple workstreams, from strategy through to execution under the guidance of campaign lead
- Proactively working with the campaign lead to identifying avenues to optimise efficiency and drive execution
- Execute and follow a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress against key milesteons
- Co-lead conversations with the campaign lead for cross-functional teams, including: Business Operations, Finance, Logistics, Governce, Legal, & Prodcuts to align on milestones and track progress
- Monitor campaign delivery and make adjustments/recommendations to Operations teams accordingly;
- Communicate clearly and concisely with members of cross-functional teams
- Pro-active management of Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of work experience in strategy execution from end to end
- Experience in end-to-end new project delivery, from strategy through to implementation
- Strong organisational, project management, and analytical skills
- Being data driven and being conformatble in ad-hoc requests
- Fast learner with strong ownership
- Exceptional logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the top tech or consulting industry is beneficial
- Strong curiosity in social media e – commerce and a self- starter
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification
