What we are looking for:
We are looking for an adaptable, positive, and approachable marketing professional who is confident working closely with senior leadership. Reporting directly to the Board, you will be a collaborative and forward-thinking individual, able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will be highly organised, capable of managing your own workload, while leading, supporting, and motivating a small team to ensure targets are met and operations run smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as eCommerce, Purchasing, and participate with the Senior Management team. You will be commercially aware and data-driven, using insights to develop and deliver effective campaigns, while continuously improving digital platforms and performance. A proactive, hands-on approach is essential, alongside experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage a team, overseeing daily operations and workload, and ensuring team and individual targets are met
· Support, empower, and coordinate the team to collaborate effectively, ensuring continuity of operations and completion of all duties, including overlap with the eCommerce team
· Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across all channels, including but not limited to social media, email, automations, websites, in-store, PPC, and affiliate
· Track key performance indicators using multiple data streams, reporting on traffic, conversion, engagement, and return on investment
· Manage a targeted SEO strategy focusing on search engine visibility, keyword research, and optimisation
· Collaborate with and support external outsourced parties, focusing on goal-driven results
· Chair marketing meetings, providing updates and forward planning alongside the Board and eCommerce team
· Collaborate and participate with the Senior Management Team to ensure the business remains up to date with campaigns, events, and other relevant activities, including setting and achieving departmental goals
· Liaise with the Purchasing department to stay up to date with promotions and new products, and advise on key market trends
· Create and manage content and media for new product listings, including acting as the main point of contact for external brands
· Plan and collaborate on in-house events and company publications, such as the Kitchen Magazine

This is a full-time position, contracted to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm.
This role is office-based; however, following successful completion of your probation, you will be eligible to work from home in line with the team rota.

Salary Information:
Between £40,000 and £43,000
Annual Leave:
28 days per year, increasing with service.
Pay: £40,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
