Due to exciting changes and growth within the business Donaghys is now seeking an E-commerce Assistant to join the team. The role will be within a fast paced environment working with our E-Commerce Team to support growth
We are looking for someone who is methodical and has an eye for detail to support our website. Working as part of a dynamic team the role is integral to upload all the latest products onto our website ensuring product images and descriptions are correct.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and dispatching of orders
- Updating content across the website
- Product Photography
- Digital image editing
- Data Input
- Dealing with queries both via email and telephone
- Describing products in an engaging manner
- Liaising with suppliers for digital assets
- Working with the team to ensure appropriate user interface and experience optimisations are made
- Keeping up to date with developments in e-commerce and constantly provide ideas to optimise user journey
- Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements.
What are we looking for?
- Candidates must have at least 1 year customer service / admin experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent computer skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent time management skills
- Good organisational skills and ability to work on a variety of tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility and a ‘can do attitude’
Desirable but not essential:
- Retail Experience
- Experience in e-commerce
- Analytical Skills
