E-Commerce Executive
Artisan Emporium LtdWe are building a performance-driven eCommerce operation focused on scaling eBay and Tik Tok Shop stores using a stock/wholesale model. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented eBay and Tik Tok Shop operator who understands how to manage inventory-based stores and drive consistent growth.
This is not a basic product listing role. You will be responsible for managing products, inventory, and performance.
Responsibilities
Product research for profitable wholesale/stock items
Create and optimize high-converting eBay and Tik Tok Shop listings
Manage inventory levels and stock updates
Monitor pricing and adjust for competitiveness and margins
Track order processing and ensure smooth fulfillment
Identify winning products and scale them
Maintain account health (defect rate, late shipments, etc.)
What Success Looks Like
Consistent profitable product additions
Stable inventory management (no overselling or stock issues)
Improved listing performance (CTR, sales velocity)
Smooth day-to-day operations without constant supervision
Requirements
Proven experience working on eBay and Tik Tok Shop stock / wholesale models
Strong understanding of product research, listing optimization, pricing strategies, and inventory management
Familiarity with tools like Zik Analytics / Terapeak (or similar)
Ability to work independently and take ownership
