About the Role

Social Climbers is a social-first growth agency working with exciting consumer brands. We’re looking for a E-commerce Executive: TikTok Shop who truly understands TikTok Shop and how to drive sales through content, creators, and affiliates.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how TikTok Shop actually works — from product listings to creator-led conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise TikTok Shop accounts
• Upload and optimise product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Build and manage TikTok Shop affiliate and creator programmes
• Work closely with content and social teams to align content with sales
• Track and optimise performance (GMV, conversion rate, AOV)
• Spot trends and opportunities to scale winning products

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creators, and social commerce
• Experience working with creators or affiliates
• Commercial mindset with a focus on conversion

Desirable:

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or consumer brands
• Agency experience

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £24,420.00-£58,327.06 per year
