Overview
We’re an established and fast-growing online retailer operating within the automotive parts sector, supplying performance and replacement components across the UK and Europe. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a detail-focused Ecommerce Product Specialist to support the growth and optimisation of our online catalogue.
The Role
This position is centred around product data, listings management, and catalogue accuracy across multiple sales channels. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are presented clearly, correctly, and competitively across all platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining product listings across platforms such as Shopify/WooCommerce, Temu, eBay, and Amazon
- Managing large product catalogues, including bulk uploads via spreadsheets and internal systems
- Ensuring all product information: specifications, compatibility, images, and pricing — is accurate and consistent
- Reviewing listing performance and making data-led improvements to increase visibility and conversion
- Validating supplier data and ensuring correct vehicle fitment and categorisation
- Working closely with internal teams to keep stock levels and product data aligned
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and large spreadsheets
- Able to manage your own workload and troubleshoot issues independently
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across different teams
- An interest in automotive products or previous exposure to vehicle parts is highly beneficial
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience managing product listings within an ecommerce environment
- Familiarity with major marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay
- Strong Excel skills (including formulas and handling CSV files)
- Experience using product management systems or ecommerce back ends
- At least 1 year in a similar ecommerce, product, or operations role

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
