Head of Ecommerce

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Ecommerce to lead the digital performance and evolution of Rowen Homes and Pink Boutique.

This is a pivotal senior leadership role, responsible for defining and delivering a best in class ecommerce experience across two distinctive brands. Rowen Homes sits within the luxury homeware space, creating refined, aspirational interiors, while Pink Boutique operates within a fast moving, trend led fashion landscape. Together, they offer a unique platform to drive growth through both elevated brand experience and high performance trading.

You will take full ownership of the digital customer journey, ensuring every interaction reflects brand quality, commercial intent and seamless execution. Sitting at the heart of the leadership team, you will shape strategy, influence investment decisions and drive meaningful, sustained online growth.

The role

• Define and lead the ecommerce vision and long term strategy across both brands
• Hold full accountability for online revenue, performance and profitability
• Elevate the on site experience, ensuring a seamless, premium journey from landing through to post purchase
• Lead a sophisticated, insight led CRO programme to continually enhance conversion, AOV and customer lifetime value
• Own digital trading, ensuring all campaigns, launches and promotions are executed to the highest standard
• Oversee the ecommerce technology ecosystem, ensuring scalability, stability and innovation across platforms
• Drive platform excellence across Shopify Plus, integrations and emerging technologies
• Lead and inspire a high performing ecommerce team, setting clear standards and expectations
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, buying, merchandising and operations to ensure alignment across the full customer journey
• Act as the ecommerce authority at board level, presenting strategy, performance and investment opportunities with clarity and impact

About you

• Minimum 8+ years in ecommerce, with at least 3 years in a Head of or equivalent senior leadership role.
• Demonstrable track record of improving on-site conversion, AOV, and revenue through CRO, trading strategy, and platform optimisation.
• Experience managing a full ecommerce function including team leadership and technology strategy.
• Proven ability to work alongside a marketing or acquisition function.
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-site ecommerce operations preferred.
