We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist at Swishes
Swishes is a fun and aspirational prize draw platform where people can win luxury designer items and experiences - designer handbags, beauty products, tech, holidays and more. We are a competitions brand built to feel distinctive and engaging.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our marketing budget and turn it into scalable, measurable growth. We are currently building a team ahead of a major rollout in the coming months.
The role
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes paid social, particularly Meta (Facebook & Instagram), while also helping us expand into other channels over time.
You’ll be:
- Building and scaling our acquisition engine from the ground up.
- Working closely with content creators to develop high-performing ad creative.
- Continuously testing and iterating to improve CPA and ROAS by planning and running systematic experiments across different audiences, messaging angles, and campaign strategies.
- Thinking in terms of full-funnel strategy, not just individual campaigns.
- Identifying and scaling what works quickly and efficiently by analysing performance at a granular level, continuously refining campaign performance by adjusting spend levels, targeting, creative elements, and overall account setup.
- Helping to guide how budgets are allocated over time, ensuring investment is focused on the most effective channels and opportunities.
- Analysing performance data and presenting it in a clear, straightforward way, offering practical suggestions for improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience running and optimising paid campaigns within Meta Ads Manager is essential.

Confident working with data, with the ability to use performance insights to inform commercial decisions.
- Able to dig deeper than headline metrics, clearly explaining performance trends, underlying drivers, and recommended next steps.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a self-starting mindset.
- Communicates ideas and findings clearly and effectively.
- Familiar with structured approaches to testing creative and improving conversion across the marketing funnel.

Experience in ecommerce, fashion, or other fast-moving performance marketing environments would be a plus.
