FastFrame & FastFrame Fine Art (Remote)

About Us

FastFrame is a custom picture framing franchise with over 30 locations across the U.S., trusted since 1986. FastFrame Fine Art is our growing online platform connecting collectors with curated artwork from emerging and established artists around the world.

The Role

We’re looking for a freelance SEO Specialist to help strengthen our organic presence across both FastFrame and FastFrame Fine Art. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically but also execute; someone who understands both technical SEO and content-driven growth.

You’ll work closely with our marketing lead to identify opportunities, improve site performance, and drive high-quality traffic that converts.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for both brands
  • Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research aligned with customer intent (framing services, art buyers, collectors)

Technical SEO

  • Audit and monitor site health (site speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability)
  • Identify and resolve technical issues impacting performance
  • Collaborate with developers on implementation (Shopify-focused)

On-Page Optimization

  • Optimize product pages, collections, landing pages, and blog content
  • Improve metadata, internal linking, and site structure
  • Ensure SEO best practices are consistently applied across both sites

Content & Editorial Support

  • Provide direction for blog and content strategy (e.g., The Artful Life)
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities for organic growth
  • Support SEO-driven campaign ideas (collections, seasonal features, artist spotlights)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting on rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Translate data into insights and recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in SEO (preferably ecommerce and/or art, design, or lifestyle brands)
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO + content SEO
  • Experience working with Shopify
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Diib, etc.
  • Ability to diagnose issues and prioritize what actually matters (not just surface-level audits)
  • Strong communication skills—able to clearly explain recommendations and impact

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketplaces or multi-vendor platforms
  • Understanding of UX/CRO and how SEO traffic converts
  • Experience working with small teams or freelance/contract environments

Engagement Details

  • £20.00 / hour
  • Flexible hours, with ongoing collaboration - 10 hours per week
  • Freelance / contract position
  • Remote
  • Scope can be project-based or ongoing monthly support

How to Apply

  • A brief introduction and relevant experience

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Benefits:
