Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing e-commerce websites (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of WooCommerce
  • Good technical ability (HTML, CSS, troubleshooting)
  • Experience improving conversion rates and UX
  • Confident working with plugins, themes and site performance tools
  • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Comfortable coordinating with remote teams and developers
  • Commercial mindset – focused on growth, not just maintenance

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
  • Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
  • Exposure to marketplaces like Amazon/eBay (or interest in developing this area)

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

  • Successful launch of 3 new international websites
  • Measurable growth in online revenue
  • Improved website conversion rates
  • Stronger SEO performance and visibility
  • Smooth coordination between internal and external teams

Why Join Us?

  • Real ownership and autonomy over multiple e-commerce sites
  • Be a key part of international expansion
  • Opportunity to grow with a scaling business
  • Work on multiple projects, not just one static site
  • Direct impact on revenue and business growth

If you’re someone who enjoys building, improving, and growing e-commerce websites and wants to take ownership rather than just follow instructions we’d like to hear from you.
