Our eCommerce team is at the forefront of how customers discover, choose and buy Apple products online — one of the fastest-growing and most strategically important channels across Europe. We work in close partnership with the world's leading eCommerce platforms to define opportunities, develop growth plans and deliver an outstanding end-customer experience — driving expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem at scale.

Description

Reporting to the Senior Key Account Lead, this individual contributor role sits at the heart of Apple's eCommerce business across ten European markets. You will drive commercial execution across the full Apple ecosystem — iPhone, Mac, iPad, Watch, AirPods, Accessories and services — on one of the world's leading eCommerce platforms. You will turn data into insight and insight into action, delivering sustainable growth through sharp partner relationships and disciplined execution.Based in the UK and operating on a hybrid basis, you will directly support the delivery of quarterly and annual revenue targets across a centralised pan-European model.Key Responsibilities:- Execute joint business plans in close partnership with the Senior Key Account Lead- End to end ownership of selected strategic growth initiatives- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at the eCommerce partner- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy and internal decision-making- Align cross-functional teams across sales, finance, marketing and operations to land priorities at pace- Proactively surface opportunities and risks with well-formed recommendations

Minimum Qualifications

  • You bring proven experience in eCommerce account management, commercial partnerships or digital sales, ideally within consumer electronics or technology
  • You have a proven ability to translate data and analytics into strategic recommendations and commercial outcomes
  • You have a track record of executing complex, multi-market programmes in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • You start with the customer and work backwards. You obsess over the end-to-end experience — how Apple products are discovered, presented and purchased — and use that lens to set a higher bar for everything in the channel
  • You don't accept 'that's how it's always been done.' You question assumptions, push for better and bring others with you — constructively and with evidence behind you. You see the gap between good and great as an opportunity, not a problem
  • You have deep familiarity with how leading eCommerce platforms operate — their vendor tools, advertising ecosystems and performance levers — and you know how to make them work in Apple's favour
  • Numbers are your native language. You move fluidly between a dataset and an executive summary, and you know which metrics matter most. You don't just report on performance — you explain it and act on it
  • You navigate large, matrixed organisations with ease, bringing the right people along at the right time without slowing down execution. When priorities collide, you find clarity fast and keep things moving
  • You are as comfortable presenting to senior Apple leadership as you are negotiating with an external partner. Your credibility comes from preparation, clarity and genuine expertise
  • You bring structure to ambiguity, adapt to local nuance while keeping the pan-European picture in view, and you always find a way forward. Ten markets means ten sets of dynamics — and you take that in your stride
  • You hold yourself to a high bar, recalibrate quickly when priorities shift and bring that same energy to everyone around you
