Business Analyst (ECommerce)

My client based in Central London are looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst with strong eCommerce experience to start ASAP. This role is OUTSIDE IR35 and 3 days onsite in central London.

The individual must have:

- A strong eCommerce background, preferably across transactional websites/apps with complex product sets, checkout flows and customer account functionality

- Experience of delivering digital retail and customer facing platforms at scale, ideally including migration or consolidation programmes

- Excellent requirements engineering capability (FRs & NFRs), including use of structured prioritisation methodologies – e.g. MoSCoW.

-Experience collaborating with UX, technical architects, procurement teams and product owners

- Ability to translate user pain points, commercial requirements and operational constraints into clear business logic and process flows

- High quality written communication suitable for government governance artefacts (OBC/FBC inputs, evaluation criteria, scope documents)

- Ability to work in a complex, multi stakeholder environment and cross industry teams

This role is OUTSIDE IR35 and 4 month duration initially, likely to extend. please apply to be considered quickly.
