What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our e-commerce and customer operations run smoothly and professionally—while learning the ins and outs of our business from the floor up.

  • Drive sales and conversions: Engage confidently with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products to close deals.
  • Be the voice of the company: Answer calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and warmth—creating an excellent first impression.
  • Own the sales journey: Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
  • Support operations: Help with order processing, keeping everything accurate and efficient.
  • Collaborate: Work alongside our transport and warehouse teams to ensure customers get their orders on time and as promised.
  • Grow with the role: Learn e-commerce sales best practices, analyse competitors, and bring fresh ideas to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues gracefully: Turn complaints into opportunities to build trust, loyalty, and repeat business.
