Role: E-Commerce Coordinator
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week permanent contract
Monday to Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch
1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00am-12:00pm
Overall Purpose:
A successful E-Commerce team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join them as an E-Commerce Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support to both existing and potential customers across a range of formats, including telephone, live chat and email. The candidate will also be responsible for delivering administrative after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering B2C and B2B enquiries via phone, live chat and email
· Providing assistance to customers
· Offering effective complaint resolution
· Organising and tracking deliveries
· Liaising with third-party service providers to ensure an excellent customer experience is achieved
Qualifications and Experience:
· Excellent desktop IT skills
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Experience in a customer service environment desirable
· Qualified to at least GCSE level ‘C’ or above in English and Mathematics
