E-commerce Marketplace Operations Assistant

We are looking for a highly capable and fast-learning E-commerce Operations Assistant with strong experience in online selling across multiple marketplaces.

Key Requirements

• Strong background in e-commerce and online retail
• Experience managing multiple online marketplaces such as:
• Amazon
• eBay
• wayfair
• Shopify
• BQ
• Etsy
• OnBuy
• Tesco
• Temu
• Other major platforms

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate should:

• Be highly technical and systems-oriented
• Learn new platforms and software quickly
• Understand online order management workflows
• Have experience with:
• Inventory / stock management
• Forecasting and replenishment planning
• Pricing strategy and competitor monitoring
• Product listings and optimization
• Marketplace performance management
• Shipping and fulfillment operations
• Multi-channel selling tools

Preferred Knowledge

Experience with tools such as:

• Linnworks
• ChannelEngine
• SellerCloud
• ChannelAdvisor
• Shopify
• ERP / OMS systems
• Inventory forecasting software
• Excel / Google Sheets advanced functions
• AI tools and automation workflows

Responsibilities

• Manage daily marketplace operations
• Monitor and update pricing strategies
• Track stock levels and forecast inventory needs
• Handle order processing and fulfillment coordination
• Improve listing quality and marketplace performance
• Identify operational issues and solve them quickly
• Support scaling across multiple sales channels

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
