Over the years, we’ve built a strong portfolio of high-quality, cost-effective diagnostic solutions that empower healthcare providers and optimise resources.

Alongside this, our consumer arm femme is a women-led collective on a mission to help women better understand their cycle. Through education, products, and technology, femme is building a more informed, empowered community around women’s health.

We’re looking for an E-commerce & Digital Growth Lead to drive growth across both sides of the business.

The Opportunity

This is a dual-focus role working across both brands:

  • ~60% femme (consumer): driving e-commerce performance, conversion, and customer experience
  • ~40% Una Health (B2B): generating and optimising digital lead flow

This split may flex throughout the year depending on business priorities, so adaptability is key.

You’ll oversee both digital platforms, ensuring they deliver against distinct goals, driving online sales for femme and inbound leads for Una Health, while creating a cohesive, high-performing digital ecosystem.

You’ll also support the migration of Una Health from WordPress to Shopify, helping streamline and scale our platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and optimising both platforms - Shopify (femme) and WordPress (Una Health)
  • Driving online sales growth for femme, improving conversion, AOV, and retention
  • Growth and retention of the femme subscription model
  • Building and optimising lead generation funnels for Una Health, increasing inbound opportunities
  • Supporting the transition of Una Health onto Shopify
  • Building and supporting the wholesale portal for Una Health Ltd
  • Enhancing user journeys across both sites to deliver clear, compelling experiences
  • Coordinating campaigns, launches, and updates across the marketing team
  • Delivering or overseeing design and content to maintain strong, consistent branding
  • Using performance data to identify opportunities and continuously improve results

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ hands-on Shopify experience is essential
  • Experience working with (or managing) WordPress sites
  • Strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, or growth roles
  • Proven ability to drive both online sales and lead generation
  • Solid understanding of key performance metrics (conversion, CAC, LTV, funnel optimisation)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
