Reporting into the Trading Manager you will have a varied and exciting role focusing on driving sales and improving the customer experience through the website and through the marketing channels. What you will do - Monitor product intake daily to update and review annual and weekly trading calendar.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance of key categories, collections, and bestselling products.
- Work closely with Merchandising and Buying to understand product availability, intake, and commercial priorities.
- Ensure top-performing and new-in product is accurately and prominently represented across all marketing channels.
- Identify opportunities for product switches, re-merchandising, and promotional activity to maximise sales.
- Support the planning and execution of email, SMS, and app campaigns, including briefing creative, selecting product, and preparing content lists.
- Coordinate campaign schedules to ensure timely and relevant communications.
- Review performance results and provide insights to improve future sends.
- Maintain accurate and commercially led updates to homepage, landing pages, and key site content.
- Ensure that onsite product placement aligns with marketing priorities, stock availability, and trading moments.
- Support UX and CRO initiatives by ensuring testing opportunities are implemented and monitored.
- Collaborate with Digital, Creative, and Merchandising teams to uphold an optimised, customer-first online experience.

- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills are desired but not essential
