We’re looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Account Manager to join the Add People team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys client relationships, digital strategy, and helping growing businesses succeed online.

You’ll manage your own portfolio of ecommerce clients, working closely with specialists across Paid Search, SEO and technical teams to deliver measurable growth and strong ROI.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of ecommerce client accounts
• Building strong client relationships and becoming a trusted adviser
• Reviewing performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Supporting Google Ads / Shopping strategy to improve ROI
• Creating marketing plans tailored to SME ecommerce brands
• Working closely with internal specialists to deliver results
• Ensuring clients receive excellent service and clear communication

What we’re looking for

• Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results
• Organised and confident managing multiple priorities
• Positive, proactive approach
• Interest in PPC, ecommerce growth and digital strategy

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Google Ads / Google Shopping
• Google Analytics
• CMS platforms
• SEO / keyword targeting
