About Us
We are seeking a customer focused and organised individual to join our growing manufacturing and ecommerce business. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background who is interested in developing their skills within ecommerce and online marketplaces. We manufacture household and automotive care products and sell through our website, Amazon and eBay. You will support both customer service and ecommerce operations, working closely with our office and production teams. Full training will be provided.
The Role
This role will involve supporting the daily operations of our ecommerce business across Amazon, eBay and our WooCommerce website. The successful candidate will work closely with both the office and production teams and be involved in key areas of the business including order processing, ecommerce marketplace management and customer service. This is a varied, fast paced role suited to someone who is organised, practical and comfortable managing multiple tasks throughout the day. Full training will be provided on our products, systems and ecommerce platforms.
Order Processing & Operations –
- Processing customer orders from our website, Amazon and eBay·
- Monitoring orders to ensure accurate and timely dispatch·
- Liaising with warehouse and production teams regarding stock and order updates·
- Assisting with stock level management across ecommerce platforms·
- Helping maintain smooth day to day ecommerce operations·
- Monitoring marketplace account health including late dispatch rates, delivery performance and customer cases·
- Supporting general operational tasks within the business when required
Ecommerce & Marketplace Support –
- Updating and maintaining product listings across Amazon, eBay and WooCommerce·
- Uploading and managing product images and listing content·
- Supporting listing improvements and product launches·
- Helping maintain brand consistency across all sales channels·
- Assisting with ecommerce administrative tasks and system updates·
- Monitoring online reviews and marketplace feedback
Customer Service –
- Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone·
- Responding to customer questions regarding products and orders·
- Processing customer requests and resolving issues where possible·
- Responding to reviews across Trustpilot, Google, Amazon and eBay·
- Building strong product knowledge to provide accurate customer support
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills·
- Good attention to detail and organisation·
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems·
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment·
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable
- Previous ecommerce, Amazon or eBay experience·
- Experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or operational environment·
- Experience with stock management or order processing systems
