We are expanding and are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join the team and be part of a growing and vibrant brand.


The role: We are seeking a Paid Social Manager to join our fast-growing Digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity to own and shape our Paid Social strategy, driving customer acquisition and brand engagement across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. You’ll have the freedom to innovate and deliver performance-driven campaigns while collaborating with our wider marketing team to create a seamless omnichannel experience.

You will be part of a growing team which is being built on the back of huge and continued success. You will have the backing of the wider marketing team to make and shape the digital marketing strategy with growth at the heart of everything you do. We are looking for the right person to really take this role and make it their own!


This is a full-time, office-based role (5 days per week in our Fragrance Quarters, FQ)


What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the Paid Social strategy across Meta, TikTok & Snapchat.
  • Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and audience segmentation to maximise ROAS.
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns for key product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Brief and oversee creative content for social campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance through A/B testing and data insights.
  • Report weekly and monthly on KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPCs, and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and platform updates to keep our strategy innovative.
  • Collaborate with Ecom, Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Paid Search teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Work with our brand partners to run successful campaigns



What you’ll bring:

Due to the specific skills and experience that we require candidates to have for this position, we will only be able to proceed forward with candidates who match our essential requirements stated below:

  • Proven experience managing Paid Social campaigns in-house or agency-side.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and Looker Studio.
  • Deep understanding of performance optimisation, creative best practices, and audience targeting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in retail or a fast-paced eCommerce environment is preferred.
