- Edit and retouch images to a high standard, ensuring consistency across all visuals - this will be a key focus of the role.
- Create engaging lifestyle imagery by compositing products into realistic settings where photography isn’t possible.
- Contribute ideas in creative discussions, helping to shape and evolve our brand’s visual direction.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver strong, consistent creative assets.
- Support wider design needs, including promotional graphics, banners, and campaign materials.
- Design supporting visual assets and ensure on-image copy are accurately adapted for international markets.
Skills We Love
- Proven experience in product photography and photo editing.
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop and image retouching techniques.
- Experience in creating lifestyle imagery using compositing and digital tools.
- A strong eye for detail, with an understanding of lighting, composition, and visual consistency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of products with quick turnaround times.
- Well-organised, able to prioritise tasks, and work under pressure when needed.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a creative and solutions-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

This role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis (minimum of three days per week). We offer flexible working hours, which can be discussed and agreed upon to suit individual circumstances.
The position is based on-site at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG). Due to the location, access to your own transport is essential.
