Senior Ecommerce & Product Executive - Remote

The Phoenix comic are looking for Senior Ecommerce & Product Executive!
The Phoenix is a fast-growing, creative brand behind the much-loved weekly comic for children aged 7–14, alongside books, events, and a thriving ecommerce shop.
The Senior Ecommerce & Product Executive will help drive the next stage of our growth, in this hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of our Shopify store and marketplaces (e.g. Amazon), lead product launches, manage supplier and manufacturer relationships, and ensure smooth ecommerce operations from stock to customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and optimising our ecommerce platform
• Tracking performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Owning the product launch calendar and merchandising strategy
• Overseeing inventory, warehouse, and order management
• Delivering an excellent online customer experience

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has 3+ years’ ecommerce experience
• Is confident working with Shopify
• Understands trading, merchandising, and product development
• Is highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Location: Manchester – hybrid working (co-working space with other colleagues)
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum.
