We are a specialist children's formalwear brand offering premium boys' suits, girls dresses, christening wear and occasion wear across a wide range of sizes. We sell through our own website and other ecommerce channels, and we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless experience for parents dressing their little ones for life's most special moments. Our suits have even caught the attention of the costume department at BBC's Peaky Blinders — a testament to the quality and style that sets us apart
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on, organised, and customer-focused E-Commerce Executive to join our team on-site and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
The Role
This is a varied, fast-paced role at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring orders are processed efficiently, customers are looked after, and our online presence stays accurate and up to date.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing and preparing daily orders accurately and on time
- Responding to customer enquiries across email and other channels in a friendly, professional manner
- Monitoring stock levels and flagging replenishment needs
- Creating and updating product listings across our ecommerce platforms
- Assisting with general ecommerce admin and operational tasks as the business requires
About You
- Some experience in an ecommerce, retail, or admin role (junior to mid-level welcome)
- Comfortable working with online platforms and order management systems
- Strong attention to detail — especially when it comes to stock, listings, and order accuracy
- A good communicator who can handle customer messages with warmth and professionalism
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload day-to-day
- An interest in fashion, childrenswear, or occasion wear is a bonus but not essential
