We are partnering with an exciting and fast-growing beauty brand to recruit a newly created Ecommerce & Customer Experience Coordinator position. This role has been created as part of the company's continued expansion and increasing investment in digital growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving onsite customer experience, increasing conversion rates, and supporting the wider ecommerce strategy alongside the marketing team.
As Ecommerce & Customer Experience Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day performance of the brand's ecommerce platform while helping create a seamless and engaging customer journey from first visit through to purchase and retention.
You'll work closely with marketing, creative, and commercial teams to optimise website content, improve customer engagement, analyse performance data, and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth.
